1. Information We Collect

Last updated: September 29, 2026

When you order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number where given, and the contents of your order. When you subscribe we collect your email address. Our host and analytics also record technical data such as IP address and browser.

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to our emails, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order history, and the messages you send us. If you tell us you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, we may also collect that organisation’s name.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and general location, using cookies and similar technologies.

Age confirmation. Before you enter the Website, we ask you to confirm that you are at least 21 and that you are purchasing for laboratory research use. We may store that confirmation in your browser.

Payment information. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, currently including Cash App and Venmo. Those payments are processed by the relevant third-party service under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the details needed to match a payment to your order (such as your name, username or transaction reference), and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process, ship and track your orders, and provide the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis for your order.
  • Communicate with you about your orders, account and enquiries, including by email or text message.
  • Send you marketing emails, such as restock alerts and catalogue updates, where you have subscribed or otherwise consented.
  • Verify age and eligibility, and prevent fraud, misuse and breaches of our Terms of Service.
  • Understand how the Website is used and improve it.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Website, process payments, send emails and messages, provide analytics and hosting, and ship orders (for example, carriers such as USPS).
  • Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where we are required to, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • A successor business, if Trinity Research is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of assets, subject to this policy.

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and account working, remember your age and research-use confirmation, understand site traffic and improve the Website. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block certain cookies, parts of the Website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Order and payment records are kept for the period required for tax, accounting and regulatory compliance. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
