Orders ship only after purchaser qualification and destination review. Trinity Research may refuse, cancel or restrict orders where the purchaser’s qualifications, intended use or shipment destination cannot be verified. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are packed the same day; orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out on the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email when the label is created.

The free-shipping threshold is measured on your order subtotal after all discounts and promo codes. If a promo code brings your subtotal below the threshold, the standard shipping charge applies.
Delivery estimates are supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Trinity Research is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. Transit time does not include the time an order takes to be reviewed and processed.
Please check the label and the Certificate of Analysis included with your order. Once your order is delivered, you are responsible for storing the materials appropriately and in line with applicable laws and safety guidelines. Please collect your package promptly after delivery.
Orders over $250 may be shipped with signature confirmation. Orders shipped without signature confirmation are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in US at the applicable rate. No sales tax is collected on orders shipped to other states. Replace this section with your actual tax position, or remove it if tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
Please report any problem within 48 hours of the carrier-marked delivery date using the details in the Contact section below, and include your order number and clear photos of the package and contents. We investigate each claim with the carrier and, where a claim is verified, we will replace or refund the affected items in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility unless signature confirmation was active.
You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address. Shipments returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipment fee. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
