Trinity Research (“Trinity Research”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates trinityresearch.us (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Research Use Policy and our Shipping and Refunds & Returns policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or purchase any products.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Website or purchase products. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We may request proof of age at any time and may refuse service to anyone who cannot verify that they meet this requirement.

3. Research Use Only

Important notice All products sold by Trinity Research are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, biologics or medical devices, and they must not be represented or labelled as such.

By purchasing from Trinity Research, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing solely for laboratory research purposes.
You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research organisation.
You understand that our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory agency for safety, efficacy or any intended use.
You will handle, store and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, laws and regulations.
You accept full responsibility for the proper handling, storage and use of the products after delivery.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any product purchased from Trinity Research for:

Human or animal use of any kind, including consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application or any form of self-administration.
Any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, compounding or dispensing purpose.
Resale or distribution to any person who you know, or have reason to believe, intends to use the products in any of the ways above.
Any purpose other than legitimate scientific research or laboratory testing.
Any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

You may not use the Website to make false or misleading statements about our products, including any claim that they are suitable or approved for human or veterinary use.

5. No Claims and No Guidance

Trinity Research makes no claims about the suitability of any product for any particular purpose. Product descriptions on the Website are provided solely for identification and reference and describe published areas of laboratory research only. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, clinical, medical, veterinary or treatment guidance, and nothing on the Website should be read as such.

6. Certificates of Analysis and Product Information

Each order ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) for the lot supplied. A COA records the results of testing on that lot; it does not establish approval or fitness for any purpose. We make no representation about the properties of our products beyond what is stated on the COA for the relevant lot. Product images, descriptions and availability are provided in good faith and may change without notice.

7. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect a breach of these Terms. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We currently accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include Cash App and Venmo. You agree to provide accurate and complete order, contact and payment information, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

8. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are dispatched the same business day, and tracking is emailed once the label is created. Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping applies to eligible orders over $150. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s stated address. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for complying with any laws that apply to receiving the materials at that address.

9. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, returns, replacements and cancellations are handled as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Opened or unsealed items are not returnable. To report a problem with an order, contact us using the details in Section 15.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the Trinity Research name, logos, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Trinity Research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any of it without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Research and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the handling, storage, use or misuse of any product, or from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Research and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of purchased products.

14. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of US, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in US.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
